Shipping and Store Policies

NOTE: Due to increasing fuel costs we will only be able to ship twice a week, these shipping days will be Monday and Thursday. Please have your orders in promptly to accommodate these days.

Shipping: We offer the following shipping and insurance options. All Pricing is subject to change without notice.

USPS Overnight Delivery (Air) - Applies to Domestic customers only!
This option may be used at the customers discretion. Arrangements must be made before 1 p.m. on the previous day for next day shipping delivery to apply.
 
up to 1lb. = $16.25
up to 2 lbs. = $18.85
up to 3 lbs. = $23.05
up to 4 lbs. = $26.20
up to 5 lbs. = $29.30
- 5 lb. cutoff -
Package weight applies to weight charge.
USPS Priority Mail (2 days) - Rates vary due to weight restrictions and parcel dimensions.
See First Class rates - Add an additional $3.00 to quoted price, 
 
 
USPS First Class / Parcel Post (3 - 5 days) Shipment may be delayed during holiday season.
 
* Shipments will be sent either First class or parcel post depending on services available in your area. This can also be determined by size and weight restrictions (i.e. PO Box restrictions apply). 

Flat shipping charges apply to order total:

$0.01 - 9.99 = $3.99 **
$10.00 - $24.99 = $6.99 **
$25.00 - $39.99 = $9.99 **
$40.00 - $54.99 = $11.99 **
$55.00 - $149.99 = $13.99 **
Orders totaling over $150.00, call for shipping quote.
 
** For customers living in HI, AK and all other US territories - Please add an additional $2.50 to these rates.

USPS Global Priority Mail (7 - 10 days), Air - Rates vary depending on customer location and overall parcel dimensions\weight. Request shipping rate before checking out.

Rates start a $11.00 and apply to items under 16 oz., must fit in small envelope (approximate size 8 x 11 x 2")

USPS Global Economy (4 - 6 weeks) - Rates vary depending on customer location and overall parcel dimensions\weight. Request shipping rate before checking out.

Rates have changed, call for pricingyour order must fit in a Medium to Large size box size box (Length x Width x Height, must = 72 inches or under).

Insurance Rates:
Insurance options are available for Domestic shipping only.

$ 0.01 - $50.00 = $1.65
$ 50.01 - $100.00 = $2.05
$100.01 - $200.00 = $2.45
$200.01 - $300.00 = $4.60
$300.01 - $400.00 = $5.50
$400.01 - $500.00 = $6.40
$500.01 - $600.00 = $7.30
$7.30 plus $0.90 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000.
 













Customer Service Policy:  

All items are sold in "AS IS" condition, I will note any product flaws or defects on the initial auction listing. All items are in "BRAND NEW" condition unless otherwise specified. I will consider accepting a return - only if gross negligence has happened on my part in not listing the item to the full extent.



INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS please note that package tracking is not available overseas. I will do everything in my power to see that your package arrives in good shape and within the specified shipping time. I cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during shipping, as overseas insurance options are not available. I also cannot control late deliveries due to customs inspections. If you have questions or concerns please contact me before making your final purchase.

Payment Policy:  

 

 



Personal Check: Personal Checks must clear (5-7 days) before item can be shipped. If you are a returning customer and have used check payment in the past, I will ship item immediately. **If paying with a personal check, please make check out to Sarah Buuck.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I only accept payment via Paypal or money order in U.S. Funds. NO CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED FROM INTERNATIONAL BUYERS! I prefer Paypal, where I do accept credit cards, electronic checks and instant bank transfers. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can sign up for one free of charge by going to www.paypal.com. Cash will also be accepted as long as you realize that you send it at your own risk in a well concealed envelope.

Money Order/Cashiers Checks: Money orders are accepted, item to be shipped upon receipt. **If paying with a Money Order / Cashiers Check, please make out to Sarah Buuck. .



PayPal: I prefer a personal check or Money Order if amount is under $10.00, Paypal charges high handling fees. If amount is over $10.00, pay securely through Paypal ( Please send payment to sarah@naturalcentury.com )!



Other: For your convenience you may pay using Western Union Bidpay. There is a link located on all of my auction pages. Signing up is quick, easy and best of all it's FREE!



All sales are subject to a 9.5% Sales Tax, this will be added to your final order total.
